Job Title: Healthcare Informatics - Technical Support Specialist Job Description: Technical Support Specialist You will act as a subject matter expert providing support and working on the resolution of escalated cases in Radiology Informatics systems in Europe.
Your role: You will work with highly innovative software solutions in Radiology Informatics, resolving technical barriers that are critical to improving the diagnosis of patients and saving lives.

You're the right fit if: You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.You have acquired 2-3 years of experience in Informatics, especially as a systems administrator.Your skills include knowledge of IT infrastructure components including Servers, Storage Appliances, Network Appliances, Security Appliances, and related technologies.Additional skills and experience with Database (Oracle/SQL), Microsoft 2012/2016/2019 Server, Hyper-V technologies, and IT-related medical standards (e.g., DICOM, Health Level Seven (HL7), and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE)) are particularly valued as nice to have.You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and are passionate about customer success and problem-solving.
