Job TitleHealthcare Informatics - Technical ConsultantJob DescriptionTechnical ConsultantBeing part of an international project delivery team for EMEA, and responsible for supporting installation and upgrades of the Radiology Informatics solutions across the EMEA Region.
You will be collaborating with Technical Leads, Project Managers and customers beside local technical consultants and RD teams, and will have the responsibility to ensure proper delivery of the solution according to solution design, statement of work and ensuring the proper quality standards.Your role:Interact with RD team for the troubleshooting and root cause analysis, in case the issue arises during the implementation processElevates most severe escalations to Senior Leadership for awareness and support, both in BU and marketEnsures feedback and safety allegations are submitted as to the stakeholdersDevelops and delivers knowledge sharing and technical seminars together with the respective BG/market to improve field/remote Specialists productivity and effectiveness.Scoping, designing, building, deploying and/or integrating solutionsFulfilling software implementation deliverables such as detailed system build, configuration and testingAnalyzes the unique business, technical and clinical customer requirements to design, build and/or integrate the most appropriate solutionBased on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environmentMentors and trains customers to maintain their systemsIs a customer advocate and leverages insights to drive product decisionsResolve technical issues and offer proactive technical supportDocumentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward developmentContributes to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assesses and shares repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projectsPractices strong configuration management and version controlExecute activities as described in the Philips Excellence Process FrameworkIs a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; fosters collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expertiseDrives continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedbackRepresents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situationsYou're the right fit if:Bachelor Degree/Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related fieldGood programming skills, ideally 1-2 years experience with Database and SQL code, scripting languages such as Perl, PowerShell etc.Good knowledge of Windows Server operating systemGood Knowledge of Infrastructure technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Server and storage technologiesIntermediate knowledge of networkingGood knowledge of ORACLE Database as a plusProblem solving, analytical approachTeam working attitudeExcellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishAbout PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
