Job Title: Healthcare Informatics - IT Technical Consultant
Job Description Technical Consultant Being part of an international project delivery team for EMEA, you will be responsible for supporting installation and upgrades of the Radiology Informatics solutions across the EMEA Region. You will collaborate with Technical Leads, Project Managers, customers, local technical consultants, and R&D teams to ensure proper delivery of the solution according to solution design, statement of work, and quality standards.
Your role: Interact with R&D team for troubleshooting and root cause analysis during the implementation process.Elevate severe escalations to Senior Leadership for awareness and support.Ensure feedback and safety allegations are submitted to stakeholders.Develop and deliver knowledge sharing and technical seminars to improve field/remote Specialists productivity.Scope, design, build, deploy, and/or integrate solutions.Fulfill software implementation deliverables such as detailed system build, configuration, and testing.Analyze unique business, technical, and clinical customer requirements to design and integrate the most appropriate solution.Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements.Mentor and train customers to maintain their systems.Act as a customer advocate and leverage insights to drive product decisions.Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support.Document solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.Contribute to the collective learning of Philips and share knowledge globally.Practice strong configuration management and version control.Execute activities as described in the Philips Excellence Process Framework.Be a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; foster collaboration through sharing experiences and expertise.Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedback.Represent Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.1-2 years of experience with Database and SQL code, and scripting languages such as Perl, PowerShell, etc.Good knowledge of Windows Server operating system.Familiarity with Infrastructure technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Server, and storage technologies.Intermediate knowledge of networking.Good knowledge of ORACLE Database is a plus.Problem-solving and analytical approach.Team working attitude.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
