For our client, a prestigious multinational company operating in the sector of machinery for processing technological materials, we are searching for a
**HSE Manager.
**
The resource is responsible for developing the health, safety and environmental culture within the Group, ensuring compliance with standards of HSE and harmonizing best practices upon the Group premises in line with company goals and initiatives.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Set organization-wide HSE goals and interface effectively with all functions (Quality, Offering, Supply Chain, Finance, Hr) to achieve goals and objectives.
- Develop, implement and coordinate safety policies and procedures in compliance with local rules and regulations in coordination with local RSPP or HSE representative.
- Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks raise safety awareness and improve safe work practices globally.
- Design, development, implement, communicate, and coordinate all environmental, health, safety programs.
- Perform safety surveys and inspections, prepare written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective and preventative measures, and follow up on task completion.
- Develop, implement and maintain employee training programs as indicated by regulatory guidelines, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Environment, Occupational Safety & Health or Engineering or a related field or Diploma with previous work experience.
- Previous experience of at least 5 years in HSE Management Systems.
- Experience managing HSE in multisite manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in HSE reporting systems and understanding of technical HSE.
- Experience in ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
- Good in English both written and spoken.
