As our Health Safety &EnvironmentCoordinator, reporting to the Laboratory Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Lead Quality and HSE activities to ensure legal compliance to local legal requirements
Conduct job exposure analysis to ensure safe work environments according to HSE standards and local legal requirements
Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate QHSE procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in legislation and Group standards
Develop, implement, and administer safety and health programs
Develop and maintain the site health and safety management system according to ISO 45001:
2018 standard
Develop and maintain the site environmental management system according to ISO 14001:
2015 standard
Develop and maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001:
2015 standardand to ISO IEC 17025:
2017 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories
Ensure effective incident management including incident investigations, root cause identification, prevention plans setting, follow up and reporting.
Recognize and reward input from employees that improve safety and health in the work place
Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and annual inspections and perform self-assessment and internal audits to comply with local regulations
Maintain relevant QHSE logs and documentation
Design safety training programs for employees, ensure response to all specific requirements and maintain knowledge of all company safety programs, draft all materials for training programs within required timeframe
Oversee waste management system, waste reduction monitoring and ensure regulatory agency compliance, labeling, containments, proper disposal and documentation
Knowledge of health, safety and the environment legislation is required.
Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) ISO9001 and ISO IEC 17025 is required.
English knowledge is a mustYou have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
With regard to prolem solving, you can provide solutions to safety and health issues in a wide variety of areas.
