We have an opening for a highly motivated candidate to join the Health Safety team based in Pomezia (RM).
The individual will provide support to the team and will be required to directly perform routine assignments on specific tasks focused on maintaining compliance and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities: Support in the management of regulatory compliance concerning occupational health and safety.
Assist in updating the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and conducting inspections to verify work environments.
Support in the management of chemical substances, carcinogens, and biological agents.
Prepare Unified Interfering Risk Assessment Documents (DUVRI) and coordinate with suppliers.
Monitor staff health wellness deadlines and organization of medical examinations in collaboration with the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) and Occupational Health Doctor.
Manage deliveries and monitor deadlines of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Conduct operational audits in workspaces to identify potential risks and propose corrective actions.
Support the organization of training and information programs for employees.
Support of incident analysis and corrective action management.
Manage help desk services.

Accuracy and organizational skills.
Teamwork orientation, analytical skills and problem solving.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering/Safety or Diploma in Prevention Technician.
Knowledge of CAD.
Knowledge of the English language (B1/B2 level).
Good command of the Office package, particularly Excel.
Training qualifications for ASPP (Modules A, B).
Knowledge of ISO 45001 certifications preferred.
