Health And Safety Engineer F/M

To support our growing activity in Italy we are looking for aHealth and Safety Engineer to develop our team inMilan . With an intervention ondesign and build industrial projects , your main responsibilities will be: Align the local health and safety strategy with the group strategy,
Ensure the interface between clients, local authorities and subcontractors,
Audit construction sites and provide advice on the execution of work according toHealth & Safety best practice standards ,
Ensure the reporting (Logbook, Key Performance Indicators, Activity Report, Action Plan, etc.),
Lead investigations andanalyses of accidents /incidents and conduct risk assessments,
Infuse apositive health and safety culture within the organization through effective communication.
With a minimum of5 years' seniority , you have a proven experience as a Health and Safety Engineer in a construction site. With atechnical mind-set , you have good knowledge of Italian Health and Safety regulations and standards applicable to construction.
Your excellent communication, your interpersonal skills and your adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.
Speaking fluently Italian and English , you enjoy multicultural teamwork.
