Head Waiter Job DescriptionCasa Cipriani Milano is seeking a Head Waiter to embody the authentic Cipriani welcome, with its simple yet refined elegance. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver cordial, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely, enthusiastic, and professional manner.Lead the team in managing service standards.Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive and clear voice and professional body language.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and offer suggestions based on guest preferences.Ensure a clean dining area.Anticipate and meet guest needs before they are requested.Clean tables and/or counters after guests have finished dining.Follow schedules and attendance procedures.Be able to assess guest satisfaction and manage any issues that may arise, informing a Manager/Supervisor of the problem and its resolution.BenefitsContract in accordance with the Tourism Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement.Team-building and training activities.Opportunities for international experiences.Staff meal.Career growth within the Company.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in the same role in a luxury setting.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and high service standards.Prior experience abroad in the same role is preferred.Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
