As a top player in the industry, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Washing Plant.
Out put 60,000 pcs , garment dye 15,000 pcs per day, 100k + denim enzymes.
The ideal candidate should possess a Chemistry degree or equivalent diploma, coupled with extensive experience in denim wash and dye processes.
Knowledge of knit wash is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Overall Plant Management: Oversee the entire washing plant operations and ensure efficient and effective production processes.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
Denim Wash Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of various denim washing techniques, including but not limited to stone wash, enzyme wash, acid wash, and bleach wash. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in denim washing.
Dyeing Processes: Manage and optimize dyeing processes to achieve desired color outcomes.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to dyeing processes.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the production of garments meets established standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the washing plant team to achieve production targets and quality goals.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure alignment of washing processes with overall garment manufacturing goals.
Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement sustainable practices within the washing plant.
Knit Wash Experience: Leverage knowledge and experience in knit wash processes, if applicable, to contribute to the diversification of the plant's capabilities.
QUALIFICAITON : Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent diploma.
12-15 years of experience in a leadership role within a washing plant, with a focus on denim wash and dye processes.
Strong understanding of knit wash processes is advantageous.
Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
