About the roleWe are actively seeking an accomplished Lead User Acquisition Manager to spearhead our user acquisition efforts, driving substantial traffic from diverse sources to our subscription-based products (web to web, web-app). The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience working with a wide range of traffic sources, including but not limited to Pinterest, TikTok Ads, Facebook, and other social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, performance marketing, and the ability to optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
In your capacity as the Lead of User Acquisition, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing multi-channel acquisition strategies aimed at attracting and converting subscribers. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your broad experience with various traffic sources to maximize user acquisition and ROI.
Key ResponsibilitiesROI Maximization:Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS) across all channelsIdentify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiencyData Analysis and Insights:Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metricsCollaborate closely with the data team to leverage Tableau reports and other data toolsUse data-driven insights to inform strategy and tactical decisionsCampaign Structure and Optimization:Design and implement optimal campaign structures across various platformsContinuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategiesConduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and identify scaling opportunitiesOversee and optimize user acquisition efforts across Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, Google, and other relevant platformsAllocate budget effectively across channels based on performance and potentialStay updated on platform changes and new features, adjusting strategies accordinglyCollaborate with leadership to establish clear acquisition goals, KPIs, and budgetsDevelop comprehensive user acquisition strategies aligned with company objectivesContinuously adapt strategies based on performance data and market trendsWork closely with creative producers to develop high-performing ad creativesProvide data-driven feedback to improve creative performance across channelsEnsure alignment between acquisition strategies and creative outputMarket Research:Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in user acquisitionIdentify and evaluate new traffic sources and acquisition methodsCross-functional Collaboration:Partner with the data team to leverage insights and improve decision-makingCollaborate with creative producers to ensure ad creatives align with performance goalsWork with other teams (e.g., product, marketing) to ensure cohesive user acquisition effortsQualificationsExperience:Minimum 5 years of strong experience in subscription user acquisition (web-web, web-app) with relevant productsProven track record in paid social media marketing at scale, focusing on lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion optimizationPlatform Expertise:Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook AdsStrong experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platformsExperience driving leads through Meta is required; experience with other platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) is a plusAnalytical Skills:Strong analytical skills with proficiency in UA analytical tools and techniquesAdvanced skills in performance measurement and optimizationAbility to analyze complex datasets, generate insights, and make data-backed decisionsStrategic Thinking:Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable testing plans and campaign optimizationsStrategic thinker with a performance and ROI-driven approachCapable of developing and implementing effective lead generation strategiesProject Management:Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forwardStrong organizational skills to manage multiple performance-focused campaigns simultaneouslyProven track record of achieving goals and meeting timelines in a fast-paced environmentCommunication and Collaboration:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCreative content writing abilityCapable of working effectively in a collaborative environment while maintaining focus on performance goalsPersonal Attributes:Results-oriented with a passion for achieving tangible business outcomes through digital marketing effortsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesAdaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic digital landscapeLocationRuby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
