The Head of Digital Products is responsible for managing a team of Proxy Product Owners (PPOs); each PPO is responsible for the functional maintenance and evolution of one or more digital applications. Defining the Digital Framework vision to meet client needs, both in terms of the evolution of the current portal and the extension to a new client base.
Creating strong collaboration with the Digital Department Change Team to guarantee the best-in-class User Experience and a client support service throughout the production rollout lifecycle.
Securing the delivery roadmap on a yearly basis by interacting with the Digital Department Product Manager office and the Digital Department Delivery team.
Acting as a senior Proxy Product Owner to manage the backlog and secure the delivery of critical projects.
Must have:
Previous experience in a managing role (2+ years). Previous experience as a Product Owner (5+ years). Experience working on the full IT project lifecycle. Higher education (preferably in a STEM area). Good verbal and written communication and persuasion skills. Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Passion for technology product development. Nice to have:
Previous experience as a Technology Business Analyst. Exposure to web/digital technologies applied in Fintech. Fluency in French. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
