We are searching for Head of Enabling Software, focused on the strategy of our engineering team, to join our innovative team as new #bloqstars.
This role will play a crucial role in ensuring that the software infrastructure and tools within the organization are robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
We are looking for 3 Heads of Engineering and one of them can be you!
What will be your responsibilities Set clear team and individual objectives, and provide ongoing performance feedback and development; Build and empower a team to deliver creative, thorough, and practical solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems; ProvideFirst-hand technical guidance and support to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards; Collaborate closely with the Head of Product, Head of Code and Head of Program to align our engineering efforts with business goals; Focus on the professional and personal growth of your team, including conducting performance and compensation reviews; Create and deploy a holistic strategy of all areas that support Product Development; You will report directly to our CTO.
