Head Of Supply Chain

For a company active in the production of energy technologies for the renewable energy sector, we are seeking a Head of Supply Chain who will be responsible for developing and executing outsourcing strategies and guiding supply chain decisions in product development projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage global supply chain partners, including contract and price negotiations, alignment with the technology and product roadmap, and expansion plans;
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure new products are designed according to best practices for manufacturing, testing, and maintenance;
Develop and implement an effective outsourcing strategy by collaborating with reliable partners and conducting commercial negotiations;
Select the best suppliers and identify alternative sourcing options to ensure business continuity;
Support sales forecasts through effective planning and procurement while maintaining set inventory levels;
Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and improve quality, managing continuous improvement projects;
Establish and monitor performance reporting systems and provide regular updates to the executive management.
Preferred requirements:
Degree in Management Engineering or a related field;
5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role;
Proven ability to manage global supply chains, including Asian and European markets;
Strong negotiation skills and expertise in drafting strategic agreements;
Experience with Lean manufacturing and process management;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Solid leadership, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to simplify complexity;
Ability to work effectively in a cooperative manner.
