What we offer:
We are looking for a Head of After Sales for our rapidly growing entry level brand Baoli with responsibility for the markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
This exciting position will not only consist of the management of our after sales operations but also require you to strategically develop our spare parts capabilities and service delivery throughout the region.
You will be embedded in KION Group's Industrial Trucks & Services EMEA Operating Unit which will give you access to state-of-the-art industry expertise and the opportunity to leverage synergies with our brands Linde and STILL.

Your key objective will be to establish Baoli as the leading brand in terms of product support amongst its peers in the entry level segment of the material handling market.
It will be your responsibility to prioritize the below listed tasks and put them into a mid-term plan/sequence based on learnings from the Italian lighthouse market.
