We're on a mission to find the best talent and add an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to our team in Ghana.
Your role at BDSwiss: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.Collaborate with senior management to align sales and business development efforts with overall company goals.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine the company's sales and marketing strategies.Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to improve productivity and performance.Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products and services.Produce regular reports on team performance, market trends, and business development activities for senior management.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of team strategies and initiatives.Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and contribute to the development of new Forex products and services.The Ideal Candidate: A university degree in Finance/Economics/Banking/Business Administration or in any other related field.At least 5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales within the FX Industry.Fluency in the English language (oral and written).In-depth knowledge of the Forex market, including trading platforms, financial instruments, and regulatory environment.Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.Excellent networking skills.Ability to work on own initiative, expand, and generate business.Goal-driven personality; eager to learn and grow within the company.Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.What we offer: Competitive remuneration packagesDiscretionary performance-based bonusesDoes this sound like you?
