JOB MISSION
Ensure to maintain the standards of quality excellence of the product along the value chain and throughout the lifecycle, by implementing, monitoring and developing a comprehensive quality management system on a global scale.
This role is critical to maintaining brand integrity and reputation, ensuring that the company operates in compliance with international quality standards and regulations applicable to the industry, as well as promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
What You Will Do :
Develop and improve quality management system: Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards through implementation and monitoring of quality assurance. Non-conformity and Complaints: Guarantee effective monitoring of non-conformities and customer complaints, collaborate with cross-functional teams in analyzing root causes, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Corrective actions-Preventive actions (CAPA): Lead the implementation and verification of CAPA to address quality issues and drive improvement initiatives. Process validation: Oversee global process validation activities, ensuring product development and manufacturing processes meet specifications. Management of Changes: Ensure changes to products, processes, or systems are evaluated and controlled. Auditing: Lead internal and third-party audit programs to ensure compliance with global quality standards. Supplier validation: Ensure all suppliers meet quality standards and conduct regular audits. Documentation management and Training: Oversee global quality documentation and training programs related to quality processes. Define and monitor KPIs: Take action on any deviations from set targets. Plan and manage budget: Coordinate with the Quality Director to ensure operational effectiveness. Who You Are :
Experience: 7-10+ years in quality assurance, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role. Quality Standards: Proficiency with standards like ISO 22716, ISO 9001, and familiarity with safety and testing standards. Laboratory Testing Knowledge: Understanding of product testing methods. Product Development Process: Familiarity with formulation development and production processes. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of global regulatory requirements for cosmetics. Supply Chain Quality Management: Knowledge of quality control in supply chain dynamics. Certifications: Relevant certifications can be advantageous. Product Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiarity with the entire product lifecycle. Risk Management: Experience in conducting risk assessments and handling recalls. Cross-Cultural Competence: Ability to work with global teams. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and third parties.
