Head Of Quality Assurance

We are a young company, founded in February 2023, with the mission to provide nutritional solutions for people with special medical needs.
Within this specific market, we cover the entire value chain of development, production and marketing of medically prescribed foods.
Our employees each have 9 - 15 years of experience in the field of special nutrition and with this vacancy we would like to further strengthen our team in the area of quality assurance and product development.
The role is responsible for all quality aspects of the food production, ranging from implementing and monitoring QA, Hygiene, QM processes as well as supporting the product development process.
As the scientific pilar of the company you will be also working closely with external partners as laboratories, authorities, clients and the scientific and medical community.
Tasks Quality Assurance of Production Quality Management Supporting Product Development Collaboration with Research Laboratories and medical community Management of external laboratories Regulatory Affairs and product registration Management of Funding Opportunities Requirements University degree in one of the following or related fields: Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, Biology Ideally experience of 5-10 years in QA role within a food company Excellent analytical skills English language proficiency and good communication skills Capacity of a methodical approach within a dynamic environment Willingness to learn Ambition for professional growth and building a strong team Performance oriented but purpose-driven team player We offer: A position in a highly dynamic and fast growing company A collaborative, flexible working environment Full autonomy in developing the Quality department Permanent contract of employment full or part-time Expert training and external support in the field of medical nutrition A position within a company with a clear purpose of supporting people with special nutritional needs.
