Responsabile Ufficio Acquisti, Facilities/Office Management & Real Estate Marsh è alla ricerca di una persona che entri a far parte della nostra realtà come Reponsabile dell'Ufficio Acquisti, Facilities/Office Management & Real Estate basata a Milano .
La figura avrà la responsabilità di individuare i migliori fornitori di beni e servizi indiretti, negoziare le condizioni commerciali e contrattuali garantendo al contempo la qualità dei prodotti e servizi acquistati.
Suo è l'obiettivo di ottimizzazione e miglioramento costante del processo di acquisto mantenendo efficienza, trasparenza e tracciabilità in tutte le sue fasi.
Il focus della posizione sarà principalmente legato ai temi di real estate e facility per la cui gestione la figura dovrà collaborare da un lato con il team di facility management e gli office manager di business per la definizione e la gestione delle esigenze locali e con la funzione di Real Estate Services globale per allineare l'esecuzione delle attività alle guidelines di gruppo.
Alla figura sarà richiesta anche un'attività di gestione e coordinamento del team e delle attività operative di facility.
La ricerca si orienterà a figure in possesso di laurea in discipline giuridico/economiche che abbiano maturato un'esperienza consolidata almeno 10 anni in ruoli di gestione di acquisti indiretti, con il coordinamento di un team, all'interno di contesti aziendali internazionali con strutture organizzative complesse.
Si richiedono buone capacità di analisi e di organizzazione dei processi aziendali, conoscenze in ambito real estate e property management, buone conoscenze di stakeholders management.
Sarà richiesta agilità nel muoversi fra attività a valore aggiunto e gestione dell'operatività.
Si richiede la conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
Dal punto di vista delle soft skills, verranno valutate ottime capacità gestionali, di problem solving, di comunicazione e relazioni con diversificati stakeholders.
