Our client is seeking a visionary leader to drive operational excellence and deliver sustainable project outcomes.
Your objectives: Develop and implement a vision and strategy for the Project Management area, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Establish and sustain standardized processes for efficient and consistent project delivery.Maximize customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality outcomes that meet agreed-upon scope, budget, and timelines.What you will do: Lead the development of the Project Management vision, strategy, and KPIs in line with business objectives.Oversee the implementation of standardized project management processes across the organization.Develop governance frameworks, hierarchies, and relationships to ensure effective program and project integration.Monitor the performance of the project portfolio and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Establish a continuous improvement system to adapt project processes to new challenges and opportunities.Foster stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and in full, meeting organizational and client expectations.Assign program and project managers to initiatives and oversee their development.Manage the recruitment, integration, training, and performance of team members in alignment with corporate HR policies.Develop and propose short- and mid-term goals, annual budgets, and resource plans aligned with corporate strategy.Comply with GMP and HSE guidelines, ensuring policies, systems, and procedures are adhered to.What you will bring: A university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a CDMO environment.Extensive experience in managing complex projects, including process development, engineering, production, analytical chemistry, or quality assurance.Proven leadership and team management experience, preferably managing project management teams.Strong knowledge of project/program management principles, planning, and risk management tools.Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Polished communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior management and external stakeholders.Experience working in culturally diverse environments and adapting to high-growth, fast-paced settings.Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.Got what it takes?
