• Develop and implement the financial strategy for PPP projects, aligning with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial structuring and modeling for PPP projects, including investment appraisals and financial forecasts.Financial Planning and Analysis
• Oversee preparation of financial plans and projections for PPP projects.
• Conduct financial analysis for decision-making, including risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario planning.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with project milestones and objectives.Stakeholder Management
• Serve as primary financial liaison between public sector stakeholders, private partners, and internal teams.
• Negotiate financial terms and agreements with partners and stakeholders to ensure favorable outcomes.
