Head Of Procurement (Malta)

Job Responsibilities: Building and maintaining a diverse and reliable supplier base across different regions. Sourcing newness from existing suppliers. Creating and enforcing supplier agreements, including terms and conditions. Overseeing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and rush production if necessary. Ensuring that our suppliers deliver on time. Overseeing the replenishment buying carried out by the Buying Assistant and mentoring them effectively. Collaborating on product innovation initiatives with the CPO and Product team. Required Qualifications: Have a bachelor's degree and 4 years in procurement/buying roles. Are strategic, detail-oriented, and always thinking a few steps ahead. Excel in building strong relationships and communicating with key stakeholders. Are driven, ambitious, and ready to grow with us. Training Provided: Onboarding training will be imparted in Malta/ Germany. It will last 3-6 months.
