We are actively looking to launch the private banking activity in Italy from scratch with an exceptionally talented manager who is passionate about the finance business, possesses solid relationship skills, and is capable of managing a team of bankers and developing a portfolio of UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, and families in Italy.

Qualifications: University/bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. Strong experience as a manager/leader and a solid track record in business development. Proven capabilities as a self-starter, with a strong sense of business and stellar communication skills. The position is based in Milan's office.
