The group is organised in 3 Business Units:
1) Real Estate: for the development of affordable residential projects
2) Digital: for the development of the Planet digital platform and related services
3) Advisory: for providing advisory services to real estate developers
The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Planning and Controlling to join our dynamic team and lead an international group of professionals to oversee the 3 business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in corporate planning and control, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and reporting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and monitor the corporate budget.
• Develop regular and ad hoc financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support senior management in the decision-making process.
• Manage the management control team.
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
• Collaborate with business units to optimize processes and profitability.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large or multinational company.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of national and international accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP).
• Experience with management planning and control software (SAP, Oracle Hyperion, etc.).
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong results-orientation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team working skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Dynamic and stimulating work environment.

Notes: • Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.

The Role: The Consolidation and Administration Manager is responsible for the preparation of the consolidated figures, for supporting the Head of Finance in the consolidation process and for organising and supervising the administrative and taxation activities of the subsidiaries, with specific focus on the Italian operations, taking the lead in the relevant processes when needed. Responsibilities: • Prepare Group interim and year-end consolidated financial figures under IFRS. Organise and supervise the financial and administrative processes for local subsidiaries, taking the lead in the relevant processes when needed, including the timely preparation of local interim and year-end reporting. • Supervise the preparation of statutory financial statements, taking the lead in the relevant processes when needed. • When needed, manage any third-party experts involved in the financial, administrative and tax processes for local subsidiaries, including fiscal experts on tax computation and auditors. • Supervise the performance of all the required controls to guarantee the correctness of the group financial statements and interim reporting. Experience: Essential • At least 3/5 years in a dynamic and challenging environment. Desirable • Real Estate business experience. • Big 4 experience. Skills: Essential • Deep knowledge of both IAS/IFRS and Italian GAAP. • Good knowledge of local direct and indirect taxes. • Good knowledge of MS Excel. Personal qualities: • Dynamic and keen to grow rapidly. • Smart and flexible. Education and Qualifications: Essential • Degree in economic studies. Desirable • CPA or equivalent title.
