**What you will be doing**:
As a Head of Performance Marketing you will be responsible for all our digital performance based channels strategically developing effective campaigns to reach our growth KPIs.
As a central leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating these campaigns for all markets across Europe.
You will:
- Understand business priorities and acquisition targets by city to create overarching strategies that will guide the greater team
- Collaborate and partner with marketing managers in countries to develop and execute performance marketing strategies for local acquisition of merchants and consumers
- Manage tracking and attribution technologies (e.g.
Google Analytics and Kochava) and leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and optimization
- Recommend optimizations or innovations to current channel mix
- Identify and experiment with emerging technologies and new tactics to continue expanding our digital marketing toolkit
- Build and grow the Performance marketing team
- Effectively communicate plans across market teams and business units and communicate results with the greater team.
**What we need**:
- 8/10 years+ experience in digital and paid marketing experience
- 4+ years of direct people management experience
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, UAC, Facebook Ads, ASA, GA
- A solid approach to CRO, owning the function and all the linked elements across our business
- Experience working for an app business model and on international scope
- Marketplace experience is a strong plus, as well as lead generation campaigns management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in working cross-functionally to deliver the best results for the business;
- Autonomous management of technical projects to improve marketing performance and martech stack
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to take data-informed decisions
- Management experience in recruiting and coaching a team of marketers
- Confident, driven, dynamic leader with outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and a passion for continuous improvement;
- Fast-paced, resilient and open to change in a rapidly growing international business that requires creativity, fast learning and out of the box thinking;
- Excellent organisational capabilities and great complexity management skills
- Fluency in English language, written and speaking

The position is based in Milano, Italy.
