You will be leading a team of highly skilled marketers whilst collaborating with other departments such as Product, Data and Operations. You will be responsible to hire great talent and be a natural problem solver that gets a fantastic brand like Unobravo and its international brands to new heights.As aHead of Paid Mediayou will:Lead a team of marketers across the paid media spectrum (SEM, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, new channels) operating at international level.Be responsible for patients and therapists growth via paid channels by effectively investing a multi-million euro budget, delivering within healthy unit economics.Step change our SEM set up which means leading teams and projects across marketing, engineering & data science for SEM growth.Transform Paid social and Display and App Marketing into Unobravo's next phase of paid growth; able to launch and optimize networks such as Google, Meta, TikTok and many others.Responsible for channel tracking quality and optimisation.Bring a strong experimentation mindset to drive incremental business impact, with strong knowledge of A/B testing, conversion lift products as well as geo experimentation.Lead, shape and inspire a team of paid media experts as well as recruit new top talent.Close collaboration with Local teams (Local Marketing, Therapist Acquisition, Customer Success) as well as Central teams (Product, Engineering).This role will report to the CMO.You bring :Min 3+ years experience in a similar role.Channel expertise: demonstrated direct experience and/or ability to set-up, optimize and grow via direct response channels such as SEM, Paid Social, Display, App, Retargeting.Financial management and discipline: experience producing budget proposals and forecasts with expected impact and delivering performance against targets.People Management: able to inspire, grow and clearly communicate to a diverse group of people such as marketers, as well as cross functional teams like PM, engineers & data science.Data / business analytics: able to define marketing intelligence requirements for deep campaign analysis (w/ Data team).Proven track record of growth via a strong experimentation framework (fluent with a/b testing, incrementality & attribution).
