For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect.Discover more about our culture and approach here: Job Description Summary:For our Group Company Renantis Solutions, that is aimed at the provision of services aligned with customer requirements whilst also guaranteeing protection of the environment, we are looking for a Senior Professional willing to join as Head of Operations.In this role you will lead the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and O&M teams of small and medium size PV plants located in Italy.Job Description:Within Renantis Solutions, part of a fast-growing company where everyday new challenges and growth opportunity take place, we expect our new colleague to deal with the following responsibilities:Project management from RTB projects to the turn-key handover of small and mid scale PV plants in Italy (Rooftop and ground mounted)Coordinate the project preparation incl.
technical design, subcontracting, procurement and time schedulingEnsure that the Design Department guarantees the correct, cost effective and on-time Design deliver Packages for all Projects (both in Development and in Construction stages), coordinating both internal and external resources.Apply the right strategies and action in order the Procurement Area delivers correctly all materials, services and contracting activities.Takes part in market surveys activities following renewable market in the company's target countries/areas.Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.Support to Business Development in cost analysisResponsible to manage an efficient project roll-out accordingly to defined schedule, cost control and quality control, operating with internal and external contractors and in charge of risk analysis.Coordinate the O&M team in charge O&M activity for all small size power plants based in Italy, manages the PV portfolio belonging to Renantis Solutions: plans and coordinate maintenance operations (preventive, curative) as well as asset management.A great attention to sustainability will be required during all the development activites.Key RequirementsDegree in Engineering or equivalentExperienced in Project Management10 years of working experience and at least 5 years in similar rolesUnderstanding of project risks and mitigantsGood knowledge of maintenance processesOutstanding knowledge of Grid connection procedures and works as well as plant's commissioningTeam management experienceVery good knowledge of HSE requirements and strong approach to HSE practicesEnglish FluentPositive, can-do attitudeAttention to details and quality of delivered serviceGood communication and negotiations skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamLocation:Milano - MartesanaTime Type:Full timeWorker Subtype:RegularSummaryLocation: Milano - MartesanaType: Full time
