This role is integral to securing financial support for our organization's programs through various channels.Scope of Responsibility and Purpose:The Head of Impact is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with ensuring the quality and efficiency of our educational programs for vulnerable children in regions afflicted by severe humanitarian crises.
This role carries a dual responsibility: overseeing all aspects of project implementation, including administrative functions related to HR, finance, and logistics, and analyzing and maximizing our impact both qualitatively and quantitatively.Program Oversight:- Oversee budgeting and expenditures to ensure efficient allocation of resources.- Manage and support the Heads of Academies and Heads of Schools in achieving program objectives in collaboration with the education department.- Ensure the successful implementation of donor projects within the programs.Quality Assurance:- Conduct comprehensive Quality Assurance reports on all program aspects, including education and non-education matters.- Monitor adherence to procedures and standards across all programs.Impact Analysis:- Monitor and evaluate the impact of our programs from both educational and broader societal perspectives.- Develop strategies to maximize impact within resource constraints.Reporting:- Oversee the production of impact reports to be distributed internally, providing insights into our effectiveness.- Ensure routine and consistent collection and dissemination of quantitative and qualitative data within the organization.Cross-Department Collaboration:- Collaborate with fundraising and other departments to provide analytical, quantified data and qualitative observations on our impact to support funding efforts and organizational decision-making.Team Management:- Provide leadership and guidance to the Impact team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.- Support professional development and performance management of team members.Stakeholder Engagement:- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including donors, partners, and government agencies, representing the organization professionally.Continuous Improvement:- Identify opportunities for program enhancement and efficiency gains through regular review and feedback mechanisms.- Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact assessment and program management, integrating learning into our practices.This role demands a dynamic individual with strong experience on the ground in vulnerable and challenging contexts.
