In accordance with company policies, the resource will have the following main responsibilities:
Map prospect companies similar to agency offers and identify homogeneous clusters in terms of offer commercial; Define Script and Elevator Pitch useful for gaining recognition on the market and participating in new business tenders; Contact prospects with the various means available, from call activities to content sharing and related follow-ups; Build a solid pipeline of possible business opportunities through customer visits, proposal submissions and public notices; Negotiate the offer, margins and close the various deals; Position the agency based on the needs of the customer/prospect and in a manner consistent with internal delivery; Build the new business budget and ensure its achievement, in terms of turnover and profit; Supervise operations activities ensuring their consistency with the brief (quality, times, costs); Report to the General Management for the results achieved, forecasts and indications on the service so as to constantly respond to evolving market needs. The selected Candidate will be a single contributor and will operate as a "Pivot" within the whole Group offering, with the possibility to sell other portfolio's products and services.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Active and strong customer portfolio, mainly focused on C Level buyers; Previous experience in similar roles, within the world of communication and marketing, preferably with a focus on events; Aptitude for new business; Ability to work as a single contributor, operational, oriented towards tangible business results; High professional standing and excellent communication skills.
