Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, we are looking for a highly qualified Head of Media and Communication to join our team. He/she will be mainly responsible for Media Strategy and Planning; create and implement Advertising Campaigns; Social Media Strategy; Content Creation ATL / BTL; post campaign evaluation; relationships with the media agencies and main media partners.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Experience: minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing Media and Communication roles, preferably in CPG/FMCG or Retail
Deep understanding of the Digital Media Scenario, Brand Management and Strategic Messaging and Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, Social and new trends in Digital)
Excellent problem solving abilities
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget
Passion for engaging consumer and businesses
Collaborative, highly team oriented, solid experience of collaborative working, with strong engagement and interpersonal skills
Empowered, has the courage to take an unpopular stance with management and teams and makes bold decisions
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy designed to support our business objectives with priority audiences
Structure and oversee the Communications Department, including staff, budget, and resources to ensure its functioning as a high performing team
Adapt strategic plans in real time based on high competitive and complex environment
Communications Content: oversee the production of high-quality communications content; newsletters, videos, and other materials needed to support communications strategy
Monitoring and Evaluation: measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns; use data and feedback to continuously improve communication efforts.
Ensure Carrefour builds and maintains strong relationships with all relevant media players
Work closely within the different marketing teams including Insight and Trade Marketing
Establish and share objectives, metrics and strategies that help achieve integrated divisional and agency-wide goals
Work with other departments and divisions to create data-driven audience segments and corresponding communications plans
Act as a counsel and contributor to divisional and other senior leadership with media "culture" executive visibility and messaging
