ROLE SUMMARY: ISC is seeking to appoint an experienced, well-qualified, and inspirational Head of Maths to lead and manage our secondary school's Mathematics department.
This role includes overseeing the teaching of Mathematics across IB MYP and IBDP, curriculum planning, and fostering a positive and effective team environment.
This is an opportunity to make a substantial impact on the continued development of a successful and growing IB teaching team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Appropriate degree and teaching certification.Demonstrated success in classroom leadership with experience in external exam preparation.Minimum of two years of experience in a teaching or leadership role within a Mathematics department.Experience working with the IB curriculum.Passion for education and student development.Willingness to lead in the ongoing development of the High School.Commitment to fostering a positive IB learning community.Commitment to IB standards and practices and to the IB Learner Profile.Superior communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.Preferred:
