As a **Head of Marketing Partnerhips** you will be in charge of growing the business via succesfull partnership activations in Italy.
Directly reporting to our Marketing Director, you will work closely with various teams: Digital Team, Social Media, Product Marketing, as well as Go-To-Market.
**What will be your missions?

- Define the marketing partnership strategy in collaboration with B2B Marketing, GTM Strategy and Public Affairs
- Prioritize growth opportunities and prepare marketing plans for successful activations
- Establish long term relationships with external partners
- Contribute to the strategic marketing plan
- Lead the multifunctional teams with great project accountability
- Monitor impact of your strategies and iniatives
You will be in charge of defining and delivering results on some KPIs at the heart of Doctolib's economic model: 1) Business Growth, 2)# of successful partnerships, 3) Brand awareness and consideration
**Who are you?
**
- You have at least 7 years of experience as Sales&Marketing roles, working on closing strong partnerships with different stakeholders
- You have strategic mindset: you are familiar with marketing plans and marketing budget
- You have a strong branding knowledge
- You are customer centric: being able to have the interests of patients at heart while understanding well doctor preferences
- You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- You are a native speaker of Italian and fluent in English.
French is a plus
