Head of Marketing As head of MainStreaming's Marketing team, you'll be in charge of the company's global Marketing strategy, from Brand Awareness to Product launch, to lead generation. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for scaling current channels and generating new opportunities to grow the business, driving the plan and achieving Marketing & BD targets, in alignment with the Company's Business Objectives while building strong partnerships with key Stakeholders. You must have a deep knowledge of the video B2B tech industry and the ability to clearly articulate both technical and business differentiators and benefits.
You will report directly to the CEO and you'll be responsible for defining, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing plans for MainStreaming's global growth, encompassing integrated marketing initiatives designed to support market awareness, and you will also be responsible for creating a lead generation process to sustain business growth.
Key Responsibilities You will be at the forefront of MainStreaming's innovation efforts and go-to-market plan. You will define a company positioning strategy relative to the competition, customer expectations, and future growth potential. You will analyze and suggest the best markets to compete in, consumers to target, or partners to align with. You will develop and monitor a multi-country marketing strategy and direct the execution of all the marketing activities. You will define and control the marketing budget and regularly re-evaluate strategy based on consumer feedback. You will direct the company's go-to-market strategy with a focus on accelerating enterprise customer growth, building and executing brand awareness plans. You will set and deliver both financial and non-financial metrics (Customer acquisition, lead generation, revenue, conversion, build trust with consumers, use PR initiatives to promote their product, and engage existing clients with offers and new features). You will work with a cross-functional team of BD, Pre-Sales, Product Development, sharing customer insights to help shape other business processes. Skills A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a B2B SaaS or a tech company is required. BS/MS in Economics or related discipline. Previous demonstrated experience in managing market positioning and launching tech solutions in new countries. Ideally, this experience includes successful transitions of established products from a narrow to a broader appeal. Being able to define success with measurable targets, metrics, and milestones. Being able to influence the boardroom towards customer-centric decisions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and with a high level of integrity. A track record of building and developing international teams in a fast-growth environment. Team player that works well in collaborative situations and scale-up environments.
