The Role We're a leading B2B marketing events agency and we're on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives across various platforms. In this role, you'll not only drive brand awareness and customer acquisition but also lead a team of professionals to ensure our marketing efforts align with our objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster revenue growth for our B2B marketing events. Lead a team of content creators, digital marketing specialists, social media managers, and SEO experts, providing clear objectives and guidance to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns tailored to B2B audiences. Oversee content marketing activities, including creation, distribution, and optimisation across multiple channels such as website, blog, social media, and email marketing, with a focus on promoting our B2B events. Drive digital marketing campaigns to maximise brand visibility and attract qualified traffic to our B2B events. Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our online community, advocate for our events, and enhance customer engagement within the B2B sector. Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through effective SEO strategies and regular analysis of website analytics, specifically tailored to our B2B audience. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing to ensure innovative and effective strategies for our events. Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimise marketing activities and achieve targets. Ensure all marketing content aligns with the brand and company values, specifically tailored to our audience.
