Position Summary As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Hex Trust. You will lead a small team of marketing professionals and work hand in hand with Heads of Business to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and promote our products and services to our target audience. Responsibilities Work seamlessly with Heads of Business to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Hex Trust, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives. Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing. Identify and oversee successful Panels and Side Events at leading industry conferences. Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure the highest return on investment. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
