Head Of Manufacturing – Multi Plants Company

For our Client, a Leading Manufacturing Company, operating with several plants in Abruzzo, we are actively recruiting a highly motivated Head of Manufacturing.
Reporting to the COO, The Manager will be responsible for planning, proposing, and implementing operational interventions to improve company performance, profitability, and management skills with a particular focus on the manufacturing organization within various plants.Tasks and Responsibilities:Ensure manufacturing operations are running effectively in the areas of quality, efficiency/productivity, cost, and team member morale.Monitor daily build sheets and analyze efficiency rates and downtime to ensure customer requirements are being met.Implement short and long-term corrective actions for manufacturing problems.Coordinate and maintain standardization of processes/methods.Lead identification of manufacturing problems and eliminate waste.Ensure procedures and training are being followed and all aspects of manufacturing are effective, including correcting sub-standards.Develop, lead, monitor, and participate in a Manufacturing continuous improvement system.Assist Manufacturing Team Leaders in developing plans to achieve targets.Review and track Manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including leading problem-solving for negative trends or goals not met.Promote and participate in management meetings to help formulate cost reduction, product improvement, and problem-solving activities.Provide direction and motivation to team members emphasizing quality, efficiency, productivity, cost reduction.Provide direction and motivation to team leaders focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and morale and ensure further development of team leaders and team members through performance evaluation, development of training plans, feedback, coaching, corrective action, and cascade training.Responsible for hiring and dismissing blue collars white collars of the Manufacturing Organization.Competencies/Skills:The manager will have at least 5-7 years of experience in managerial roles within primary companies.Communication Proficiency/Coaching and Organizational Skills.Initiative and Thoroughness.Time Management.Management Proficiency and Process Improvement.Decision Making and Strategic Planning.English language fluent.Location: AbruzzoSalary Package: Quadro.
