If you are looking for a diverse range of responsibilities in a family-like atmosphere, you might be the right maintenance technician for the AKI Family Resort PLOSE.
Start date: immediately.
Your Responsibilities: Ensure the technical functionality of the entire resort and our staff accommodations.
Conduct regular inspections and checks of technical installations in the resort and staff housing.
Adhere to and monitor maintenance intervals for all technical systems and equipment.
Communicate and coordinate with maintenance and service companies, overseeing and supervising their work.
Perform minor repairs and forward more extensive maintenance requests.
Ensure proper maintenance in all areas of the hotel.
Independently identify and report defects, monitoring maintenance measures.
Maintain a friendly and service-oriented demeanor towards all our guests.
Your Talents: Experience in building maintenance or as a facility technician.
Prior knowledge in facility management of tourist establishments is a plus.
Skills as a plumber and/or electrician are advantageous.
You are characterized by a sense of responsibility and reliability.
Manual dexterity and proficiency in handling technical equipment.
You are a team player who values helpfulness and collegiality.
Courteous and professional behavior towards guests and colleagues.
Resilience and discretion are among your strengths.
Good knowledge of German and Italian languages.
Possession of a category B driving license.
