For our Italian office located in Trescore Balneario, we are looking for a new Head of Italy Container Division.
Responsibilities: Building up the relationships with major shipping lines, maintaining constant and beneficial connections; Responsibility for pricing and achieving comparative advantages of our offer; Development of the main Trade Lanes; Organize and develop new, advanced types of services for the delivery of goods; Controlling and responsibility for the efficiency and KPI; Working closely with Sales department on development of new Sales and new volumes; Building up joint work with other offices/ocean division within AsstrA network; Participate in planning the activities of the Branch, increase its efficiency and effective interaction with other Branches of the company; Develop the team of division.
Skills/Qualifications: Requires experience of 3 years in Sea Transportation, with some supervisory experience, consisting of development, coaching and overall management; Excellent level of English; Candidates must have strong leadership skills and staff development experience with the ability to interact, communicate and motivate with all levels of employees and management; Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills; Experience in strategic planning and execution; Confident knowledge of PC (MS Office).
