Job DescriptionFor Fucina Italia Srl, a company of newcleo group, we are looking for a Head of Integrated Management System who, by reporting directly to the QHSE Manager and functionally to the CEO, will ensure the maintenance of certifications, the correct implementation and application of the processes of the Integrated Management System (IMS).The Head of the Integrated Management System will focus on ensuring and maintaining robust policy, standards, manuals, programmes, systems, processes, and procedures by implementing them to achieve desired outcomes. The Head of the Integrated Management System will make optimum use of newcleo Group's Quality Management System policies, manuals, programmes, processes, and procedures, by adapting them only when necessary. Main ActivitiesDevelop and maintain the Integrated Management System policies, standards, manuals, programmes, systems, processes, and procedures, adapting the newcleo Group IMS to conform with the established external customer requirements, standards, and guidelines, and through the regular monitoring and continuous improvement, as needed.Provide oversight and assurance of the quality of both the procured goods and services and internal arrangements, in support of the delivery of safety, security, and environmental protection.Lead surveillance, audit, and inspection preparation, oversee the implementation of the activities, recording and resolution of surveillance, audit, and inspection findings, and liaison with the surveillance, audit, and inspection teams throughout. Coordinate and facilitate the quality documentation system.Implement value-added quality-related continuous improvement opportunities.Verify, update and manage the System documentation in collaboration with the other Teams.Identify the training needs of personnel and how to meet them, by planning training activities in agreement with the area representatives and the Human Resources function.Update newcleo Management on the performance of the System and on the need for improvement; promote processes for the improvement and growth of the policies of the Integrated Management System.Manage external consultants to support the IMS.Manage technical interface reports with second and third party auditors.Desired QualificationsTechnical Diploma or Degree;Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.French and Italian language skills would be an asset.4 + years of work experience in Quality or regulated industry.Excellent knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO19443, SA8000, ISO37001, SOA, EX DLG standards. 231 and demonstrated experience in the construction processes of systems and certification procedures.Excellent knowledge of the office package.Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational autonomy, strong problem-solving skills and predisposition to teamwork. The possession of the legal requirements to take on the role of RSPP or, previous and demonstrable experience as an ASPP, are preferential requirements.Current or past certification through the International Register of Certificated Auditors or equivalent recognised organisation.Knowledge of specific quality requirements in the following fields would be advantageous: o RCC-M / ASME III codes.o Ferrous materials and their characteristics.o Manufacturing processes such as forging, welding, and heat treatment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
