The Head of HR is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives and support our employees in achieving their full potential.
Your tasks: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the business objectives, vision, and values of the organization Lead and manage the HR team to ensure that all HR programs and initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently, provide guidance and direction to team members; Foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement Work with senior management to identify HR priorities and opportunities, and to develop and execute HR plans that support the organization's objectives Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations, and develop policies and procedures to minimize legal risks Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, management, vendors, and community groups Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies to ensure the organization has the talent it needs to meet its current and future needs Manage employee relations, oversee the development and implementation of training and development programs that support the organization's goals and help employees achieve their full potential Lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and align with the organization's goals and values Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred At least 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in a large, matrix organization Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations as well as the ability to manage Unions Relations effectively Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop and implement effective solutions Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with overall business objectives Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees, from front-line staff to senior management; Fluency in Italian and English is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
