Head of HR Relocation to Northern Italy, only apply if you can relocate. Must come from Fashion or Electronics Brands like LG, SAMSUNG, etc. The Head of HR is a highly visible hands-on position driving people-centered functional excellence and process improvement. This role is critical in the management of our people initiatives including leadership and coaching, culture, employee relations, compensation and benefits, development and retention, talent acquisition, and compliance. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, process improvement, and HR technology.
Responsibilities: Foster a high-performance culture with emphasis on quality, continuous improvement, development, and loyalty. Develop and implement strategies to optimize HR processes and systems. Oversee HR team and operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Lead initiatives to improve HR service delivery and employee experience. Collaborate with the Head of Talent Development, Acquisition, and Employee Experience to ensure seamless integration of HR processes with talent programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to HR systems and services. Work closely with Head of Legal and Head of Talent to deal appropriately with employee relations. Shared responsibilities: Manage budget. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Required. Ideal candidates should come from the Fashion or Electronics Industry. 10+ years human resource experience. Experience overseeing teams of 400+. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be fluent in English. Must be able to relocate.
