Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTokLead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutionsHelp deepen penetration in the marketsBe instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the marketCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationshipsAnalyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutionsLeadership:Drive growth for the advertising business and the brand partnership team in the regionWork with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales strategyPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposalsResponsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance managementMinimum Qualifications:Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goalsPeople management experience, specifically sales teamsExperience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plusExcellent verbal and written English and Portuguese and/or Greek, as this role will work with vendors and stakeholders in those marketsPreferred qualifications:Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendationsSelf-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit #J-18808-Ljbffr
