Job Title: HEAD OF GLOBAL MARKETING - VIBRAM FIVEFINGERS BU Mission
Vibram SpA is looking for a brilliant Head of Marketing, that will craft Vibram Fivefinger's global marketing strategy.
As one of the brand's key players, the Global Head of Marketing will drive its purpose and narrative, connecting with new people and engaging with them online and offline.
With leadership skills and industry experience, the person in charge will boost brand awareness and consideration.
The ideal position's holder is curious, passionate, authentic, endowed with 'zeitgeist' and really capable to drive change and engagement.
The position reports hierarchically to Vibram Fivefingers BU GM.
Place of work: Milan (Italy).

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Lead the creation of an integrated marketing and communication strategy that is aligned with the brand culture and the Zeitgeist.Craft the Vibram Fivefingers' brand identity, in alignment with the Global BU GM and Vibram's global Art Director.Use creative and technical skills to determine how best to market Vibram Fivefingers' identity to the public.Work closely with the BU GM to steer the VFF marketing strategic objectives while ensuring global alignment throughout the process.Ensure the execution of marketing initiatives, expanding the target audiences and product adoption.Align with the Head of Global Product and Merchandising to implement the GTM process, making sure the Marketing insights and in-season support is clearly communicated to the commercial department to maximize sales during the season.Define the annual budget needs and manage the allocations at a global level, tailoring the marketing campaigns and messaging.Collaborate with peers in the Product department, to uncover insights and consequently create innovative marketing and branding approaches.Identify, in accordance with the Head of Global Product and Merchandising, the key seasonal stories within a GTM calendar of drops aligned with relevant retail moments.Supervise Media and PR agencies and their work.Lead a global team, motivating it to achieve long-term and seasonal goals.Directly manage the planning and execution of social media content and activations, and monitoring all KPIs.Monitor, evaluate, and report on all marketing activities, outcomes, and Return on Investment (ROI).Establish close working relationships with your peers to ensure smooth progress towards the goals.Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Economics or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Open-minded personality, curious about social evolution and new market trends.
- Ability to drive change and engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership in overseeing global team responsibilities and effectively managing larger ad hoc projects.
- High level of project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust across the organization.
- At least 8 years of experience in a consumer marketing role, for realities with a global brand presence.
- Fostering strong cross-department relationships to facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic leadership.
- Strategic mindset and business acumen.
- Good knowledge and understanding of digital systems and tools such as CRM, SEO, Marketing Automation, and digital analytics.
- Curious, passionate, proactive, authentic.
- Team builder.
- Proficient in English, written and spoken is mandatory.
A second language is a plus.
Offer
Direct hiring in the company with a permanent contract is expected.
