We are looking for a Driver Management Supervisor to join our team and oversee the supervision of driver attraction, development and management.Responsibilities:Driver Management: Control the number of employed drivers, manage requests from branches and business units, control driver personnel costs, and develop retention measures.
Set hiring standards and ensure compliance.Strategic Sourcing: Develop new driver markets, plan strategic demand, integrate driver markets into our legal structure, and acquire the latest market development know-how.Recruiting: Supervise decentralized recruiting activities and set recruiting standards.Training: Develop entry training and onboarding for drivers, create a continuous training program, and ensure quality and effectiveness of training.Employer Branding & Attraction: Develop an employer branding concept, plan and implement employer branding events, and define standards for drivers' housing.
Promote our company as a great place to work for drivers.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, transportation, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in driver management, strategic sourcing, training, or employer branding in the transportation industry.Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong knowledge of the transportation market, legal regulations, driver needs, and expectations.High proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian and German is a plus.Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and abroad.GRUBER Logistics is one of the most innovative and successful logistics companies in Europe.
