As Head of Franchise Breast & Alliances, you will play a leading role in our Oncology Business Unit, being responsible for the development and execution of brand vision and strategy, working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Head of Oncology, you will be responsible for marketing and strategic plans, sales results, and competitive performance in Italy for the Franchise. You'll have primary responsibility for marketing activities of assigned products to support company objectives as well as for the development and implementation of strategies to transform the treatment of HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer as well as other HER2-driven cancers.
You will lead the alliances defining strategies and commercial approaches. Your responsibilities will comprise the following aspects:
Leading development of brand strategyLeading and supporting implementation of diagnostic testingPreparing the market for combinationsDefining Franchise strategy through the implementation of cross-functional brand plan process, considering Company/alliance and Product objectivesLeading cross-functional Product Business Team in order to guarantee the effective implementation and monitoring of Brand plan actionsWorking closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities/issuesGuaranteeing effective product communication, promotional supports, and implementation of marketing plan in order to reach sales objectives and margins, considering also the market access implicationsAssuring market analysis (scenarios, trend, competitors, etc.) and monitoring the quantitative and qualitative product perceptionDriving innovation in the business finding and implementing innovative approaches and marketing channelsMaintaining and developing the relationship with KOL (project, meeting and publications) and with HQ for Global projectsEssential RequirementsBachelor's Degree, MBA is preferred8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or health care industry with proven Sales and Marketing experienceOncology expertiseExperience in launching new productsAbility to coach, mentor and develop staffDemonstrated success leading across functional teamsStrategic approach, with strong focus on resultsAbility to analyze and interpret amounts of complex market and financial dataEntrepreneurial spirit and courage on taking decisionsInnovative mindsetExperience in working in an allianceItalian and English language knowledge at fluent levelPreferred RequirementsKnowledge of the Italian Healthcare systemMarket Access experience/knowledgeWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
