So it's key that we onboard an experienced Fleet and Equipment Leader to join our team.
You will make sure our Fleet and Equipment is always complete, up-to-date and ready to be used in all our operating countries across Europe.

That's why we're now looking for an experienced Head of Fleet and Equipment for Europe, someone that understands fleet and equipment needs on a continental level, can work closely with procurement, knows their (technical) way around vehicles, has financial understanding and can change the needs when the situation asks for flexibility.
**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate all fleet and equipment efforts of European operations to ensure that countries are equipped with the right vehicles and equipment to fulfill safety and operational requirements
- Set and ensure we meet key KPIs on growth and efficiency related to fleet and equipment in each country
- Work closely with our Head of Operations and country Fleet & Equipment managers on identifying their needs and setting the strategy to fulfill them
- Work closely with our global Mobility team to identify and develop vehicles to meet Getir's requirements on supply, performance, and lifetime cost efficiency
- Build out European maintenance infrastructure of vehicles and related equipment
- Support our Procurement teams to identify best sourcing strategy and manage commercial agreements, service level and quality control of suppliers
- Support the strategic execution of all processes related Fleet and Equipment guidelines in countries
**Requirements**:
- Understanding fleet and equipment needs for delivery operations for 3, 6 or 12 months and being adaptable in these needs, strategy, and requirements
- Financial understanding, not only on procurement cost but total cost (repairs, maintenance etc.)
and impact of uptime and availability on broader business metrics
- An overall understanding of motor vehicles and equipment, potentially managing the repairs and maintenance
- Ability to puzzle with solutions for logístical challenges across countries
- Previous experience managing fleets and equipment across multiple countries
- A flexible approach as a team player with a positive can-do, no-nonsense approach
