Our client is a foreign company, specialized in one of the main sectors of the European market. We are looking for a Head of Finance for the Italy branch.

Reporting hierarchically to the Italian General Manager and functionally to the CFO located at HQ, and managing a team, you will be accountable for:

Manage Finance team for:
Timely and accurate preparation of the management accounts and monthly routines;Timely upload of the financial results;Manage cash flow and delivery of tax submissions in accordance with local legislation;Annual budget submission;Supporting external audits.Personally Responsible for:
Commercial property management performance and financial statements and related investor's companies;Networks strategically with all partners in the market;Supports acquisition activities and develops and designs ideas to let Company grow;Coordinates all corporate services of the company. Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo Degree in business administration, finance or real estate management;Minimum of 10+ years' experience in a relevant managing role in an international medium/large company;Knowledge in real estate business and in the financial sector;International collaboration experience;Very good Microsoft 365 skills;Advanced knowledge of SAP FI or YARDI;Business fluent English, ideally (but no requirement) advanced German language skills.
