Head Of Finance

**Head of Finance | Real Estate | London - Hybrid | £70,000 - £85,000 DOE**
A fast-growing property developer are seeking a Financial Controller to lead the Finance department, and further drive the business into success.
This role will see you work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage a team of four and provide the business with 1st class accounting knowledge.
What you will be doing:
- Manage a team of four; providing training, and assisting their development
- Responsible for preparing the annual, quarterly and monthly statutory and management accounts
- Prepare management reports and present to internal and external stakeholders
- Business partner with the marketing, sales and other departments to assist with budget and forecast preparation
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience in the property/real estate space desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
