Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short and long-term engineering and maintenance strategies aligned with the hotel's objectives and standards.
Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operations across all facilities and installations.
Asset Management: Manage the lifecycle of assets, including machinery, equipment, and building systems, to optimize performance, longevity, and cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols, conducting regular audits and inspections.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the engineering department budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost control measures.

Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, building systems, and facility management.
Proficiency in asset management practices, including maintenance scheduling, inventory control, and procurement.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
