We're looking to further accelerate our growth by bringing on a world-class Head of Demand Generation to own the full-funnel demand generation strategy and execution and drive pipeline.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in driving demand in a mix of high-scale and startup environments, and brings together analytical skills, creativity, and a strong bias to action.
Responsibilities:Own the full-funnel demand generation strategy and execution to drive qualified leads and pipeline growthDevelop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that span content / thought leadership, email, inbound and outbound sales activations, paid digital, events, and othersIdentify and execute on initiatives that optimize for pipeline progression and conversionBuild a marketing measurement foundation to track leading indicators, prospect touch points, and KPIs throughout the funnelIdentify and implement marketing automation tools to scale and drive efficiencies of marketing activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and CS teams to build and optimize our full growth system and customer journeyUse the AirOps platform to build and scale our own demand gen engineQualifications7+ years of work experience, and a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth at B2B SaaS companies selling to mid-market and enterprise customersDemand gen experience with both product-assisted sales and outbound sales motionsExpertise in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channelsHands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics toolsExperience working with generative AI models (e.g., prompting, retrieval) in a growth context a strong plusAbout YouYou have strong analytical skills to uncover insights from data and inform marketing decisionsYou take ownership of ambitious goals, and don't hesitate to roll up your sleeves and get into the detailsYou run lightweight experiments for new ideas all the time, and move quickly to scale the things that workYou are technically proficient and get a sense of satisfaction when you've automated a task the team was previously doing manuallyYou have creative ideas on how to engage and nurture prospectsYou're an excellent communicator and cross-functional collaboratorWillingness to travel up to 1-2 weeks per quarterWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and early startup equityTop of the line health, dental, and vision insurance401k planProvide you with the tools and resources you need to be productive (new laptop, equipment, you name it)A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
