The Head of Delivery will play a crucial role in driving the success of Joyteractive's projects. This position ensures that our game development processes are efficient, timelines are met, and high-quality features are delivered consistently.
Challenges you'll meet: Define Delivery Process: Establish the delivery process, workflow, frameworks, and metrics system, helping the team to adapt and optimize these practices. Feature Delivery: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features. Roadmap Management: Build and maintain timelines in the roadmap. Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the key contact point for stakeholders and other departments. People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential. What kind of professional are we looking for? Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Delivery Manager in a product company. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, and management. Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of the technical aspects of game development. Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management tools and roadmapping instruments. Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Multi-project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and team success.
